Our services include hairstyling, coloring, hair treatments, cuts, and event styling, all subject to availability and scheduling.

All prices displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on the hair diagnosis and personalized evaluation conducted prior to the service.

2. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system, WhatsApp, or directly at the salon.

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to confirm the appointment. This amount will be applied to the total cost of the service.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information (name, phone, and email).

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the deposit and/or additional charges.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule for another available time.

4. Payments

We accept payments in cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers (subject to availability).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.

5. Service Policies

All services begin with a hair diagnosis to evaluate the hair condition and determine the most suitable procedure.

Results may vary depending on previous chemical history, hair condition, and aftercare practices by the client.

We are not responsible for damages caused by incomplete or omitted information regarding prior hair processes (e.g., at-home bleaching, box dyes, undeclared chemical treatments).

6. Guarantee and Adjustments

We offer free adjustments within 7 days of the service, as long as it is for the same technique and result originally agreed upon.

Adjustments do not apply if the client decides to change the style, color, or procedure different from the one contracted.

7. Products and At-Home Care

We recommend using the professional products suggested by the stylist to maintain the durability and quality of the service.

The client is responsible for following at-home care instructions. Results may vary if recommendations are not followed.

8. Intellectual Property and Website Use

All texts, images, and content on this website are the property of Yeni Barrios Stylist and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express authorization.

The use of this website for fraudulent, illegal, or reputation-damaging purposes is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy

All client information provided will be used solely to manage bookings, payments, and communications related to our services.
